What is the best State University for the Nursing Program in California?

I was wondering which state university would be the best to take the nursing program in California. I would love to attend a UC but money is a problem. So i'm stuck choosing between SFSU, SDSU, SJSU, or CSU Hayward. If there are any other schools that you recommend please let me know. What school and why? What sets it apart from the others? THANK YOU !

it doesnt matter because people that say things like "What are the best universities dat have the best nursing program in california?" have no chance of getting into nursing programs or college for that matter.
