Protestants and the like did Jesus commit adultery?

Protestants did Jesus commit adultery?

Christ committed adultery with the woman at the well with Mary Magdalene, and thirdly with the woman taken in adultery whom He dismissed so lightly. Thus even Christ, who was so righteous, must have been guilty of fornication and a sinner before He died.

Your founder

Martin Luther (table talk) says so

Update:

I'm a saved Bible-believer. ;)

no your not remember I was raised atheist (for all intents and purposes) and became semi-pentecostal

Jesus is our founder and He (through the

Holy Spirit) told His disciples what to write

down which became the Holy Bible. There is no book of Martin Luther in the Bible. He

was just a man, like you and me. There was

no adultery between Jesus and anyone

within those pages. Jesus is the sinless One

so it just couldn't and didn't happen. Jesus

told the woman at the well to "go and sin

no more" as she had been an adultress.

Please don't make up things that are

untruths and think everyone will believe them. You can't fool me as I've studied

    the Bible for many years.

Sorry Marty, you are way off base. Jesus committed no sin. It is true that he was tempted in all ways common to man but unlike us he passed and sinned not. If he had committed adultery you can know three things the Bible as far as the NT is a lie, Jesus is not Lord, and we are lost in our sins without an approved sacrifice.

I do not know what your table talk is, but nothing in the Bible even remotely alludes to this accusation.

Martin Luther was not right in everything. He still was a devoute Catholic even when they kicked him out! He had great reverence for the pope and believed he was the 'perpetual Peter'.

Now then, his theology was errored on many occassions but his hymn praise 'A mighty fortress is our God' is undeniably on of the greatest hymns penned.

And no - Jesus IS Perfect. There is No sin in Him.

Once again Jesus is being slandered without any proof. The best representation of Jesus is in the Bible. No other text describing his life is even close. People make up things because they don't want to believe that Jesus is the one shown in the Bible. Believe any fantasy you want, but why spread dirty gossip that is so far from the truth. You must really hate Christ.

No he wasn't married, he was focused on spreading the good news to us.

Source(s): Do you think Jesus would like you praying to Mary and kissing pictures of her?
