i say #10!

they have these players on their list:

1. the wonder kid, lionel messi

2. 3 times FIFA world player of the year, zidane

3. 2 times FIFA world player of the year, Ronaldinho

4. The winner of Euro 2008, Fabregas

5. The shining star in Euro 2008, Arshavin

    i would say #10

because their performance is consisitent over the years whereas the performance of some of the players of

    # 7 is inconsistenet; they play excellent football one game but not so brilliant football in other games

one of the main characteristics of player is that they need to be consistent with the level of football they play.

look at beckham, ronaldo, shevchenko they play wonderfully brillant in one game but fail to maintain the standard.

so i will have to go with # 10

but players with both the numbers are brilliant in their own area. and they cannot be judged by the number they wear.

You forget Maradona, Pele, Rivaldo and the list goes on. In RSA we had Jomo Sono, Patrick "Ace" Ntsoelengoe and many others. Number 10 will for ever rule!

Just because a person is a #10 does not mean that person is the best player on their team. I've seen quite a few that are worse than their #9's. I would say that the best is #7, not just because I am prejudged.

Deff number 10 I mean like Maradona, Messi, Riquelme, Aguero. All the best player either used it or uses it.

#10. By a mile. #7 contains a list of has-beens ( Raul, Shevchenko, Figo, etc. ). #10 contains a list of upcoming stars with some experienced legends in there also.
