    You cannot really rely on these internal sensors on your watch. These sensors can at best give you an approximate reading (under controlled conditions) and nothing precise. If you want really accurate and precise readings, use a specific sensor (device) to measure those values.

    The make the best out of your Protrek timepiece, make sure you follow the instructions on the manual and calibrate the sensors regularly.
