Is education still that important to achieve success nowadays?
Of course you need to study to be able to learn things but finishing school, having a degree or something...Is it still the main key to success today or what you learn in real life can help you more today?

"still" is not the right word there. The need for higher education levels is not something we knew in the past. It wasn't that long ago that most people didn't even have a high school diploma, now almost everyone has a HS education and 1/3 of the population has a bachelor's degree. Almost 3/4 of the population has attended "some college".
So think about it: do you want to go apply for a job and compete with people who have more education than you do for the same job?
Remember, after a few years of adult life, everyone else has work and life experience too. You don't compete for jobs just against people your own age - you compete with everyone; some of those people had a head start on you. It's your education and achievements that set you apart from the rest.
So yes, education is very important. It's not the only part of the equation; it's still a big part.

Education is only becoming more important when it comes to achieving success nowadays. Of course, there are a few people who do not get a good education and achieve wild success, but that is becoming more and mare rare.
