how can ik lose like 40LBS. in like 3 weeks?

    1) Drink a glass of water before every meal. It fills you up so you don't over eat. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning - Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body.

    2) Eat slowly - It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you're full, so if you eat fast, you'll overeat.

    3) Never crash diet. Don't go under 1200 calories a day. It'll slow your metabolism down, and you won't be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day. And once you do start eating normally again, you'll regain all the weight you lost immediately. Instead, take it slow and steady.

    4) Don't be a lazy bum. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table - Just try to keep yourself moving.

    5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don't feel the urge to keep picking at your food.

    6) And don't beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body - If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation. But don't deprive yourself, or you won't get ANYWHERE.

    7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating. You can save calories by not eating every last bite.

    8) Substitute "diet" foods for regular foods - Skim milk for whole, low-fat cheese for full-fat cheese, light bread over regular bread, reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt, Splenda for sugar, etc.

    You can do lots of things to lose a great deal of weight in 3 weeks, like go on a total protein diet with no carbs whatsoever and exercise twice a day while drinking tons of water, but you will more than likely not lose 45 lbs., and even if you did, you would not be losing the healthy way, and would gain all of it back and then some which would frustrate you highly.

    The safest bet is to lose the weight safely and gradually. Make a committment to change your eating habits gradually, and incorporate exercise. Set realistic goals and slowly move up to them. Make healthy eating and exercise a lifestyle that you can stick with, then when the weight is lost, it will stay off because what it took to lose the weight is apart of your daily regimen. It won't change.

    It will do no good to you to lose alot of weight in an unhealthy way just to gain it all back because you can't maintain it at the same pace. Too many people are doing this while killing their health.

    A better question is why you feel you need to lose 40lbs in three weeks.

    You know, if you adopt a healthy diet and exercise plan, you won't be wishing and hoping to drop weight suddenly because you'll look good year-round.

    That is not healthy at all.... You could try to lose 2-3 lbs per week by doing high intensity workouts 3 times a week. But 40 lbs in three weeks is impossible without doing some seriously bad stuff to yourself.

    I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

    if u are very over weight then it is totally possible ... but at the same time if u are normal weight it doesnt come off as fat because ur body knows u will end up underweight ........sorry if i confused ... if u need any tips for diet and excersize email me

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
