BRAIN MRI with contrast
MRI scans of the brain on a 1.5T magnet on supine postion utilizing CP head coil sith field view 23cm and 5mm slice thick. Intravenous Gadolinium (0.1 MMOL/KG) was administered on T1W1.
1.Spin echo T1@1 on axial, coronal and sagittal planes.
2.Turbo spin echo T2W1 and turbo flair (dark fluid) on axial.
3.EPI diffusion-weighted imageds as indicated.
1.There are multiple tiny bright spot lesions in the bilateral frontal subcortical white matte, centrum semiovales and corona radiata on T2 weighted images, which are likely to be non-specific white matter bright object related to white matter gliosis or demyelination. No recent infarction is identified.
2.A bright spot lesion over left corona radiata is noted on T2 weighted images, no contrast enhancement can be found. Which i likely to be a chronic ischemic lesion.
3.There is no abnormal enhancement in the brain and its covering.
4.Relative elongated appearance of bilateral eye ballsi noted.Suggest correlation with cliniical condition.
5.The intracranial vessels show normal signal void.
