請幫忙翻譯以下的國際貿易付款條件

Terms of payment:

1. 10 % by T/T within 30 days against receipt of an invoice and a bank guarantee for performance bond of 10% with validity up to acceptance test of maximum 8 months from date of.

2. 80% to be paid by an irrevocable L/C at sight against presentation of all relevant shipping documents. The L/C shall be opened 2 months from date of PO with validity for 3 months from date of its issuance.

note: All banking charges in Malaysia incurred by the purchaser for the execution of this payment shall be borne by the purchaser and those incurred by the contractor shall be borne by the contractor.

3. 10% by T/T within 30 days upon completion of installation and Final Acceptance Test (FAT) against receipt of an invoice and a bank guarantee (stand by L/C) for warranty bond valid for 12 months after successful acceptance test covering 10% of the total price.

    1. 收到INVOICE和銀行擔保10%貨款的履約保證後,

    10%貨款以電匯支付。此履約保證有效日期為驗收

    測試後即日起八個月。

    2. 80%貨款在提出所有相關出貨文件後,

    以不可取消的即期信用狀支付。此信用狀應在以

    訂單日期起算的兩個月開立,自開立日後起算有效期

    三個月。

    注意事項: 所有在馬來西亞,因買主付款產生的銀行費用

    應該由買主支付,因供應商產生的費用由供應商支付。

    3. 收到Invoice 及銀行擔保(擔保信用狀)履約保證

    後,完成安裝及最後驗收測試30天內,10%貨款以電匯支付。

    此履約保證有效期為驗收測試成功後12個月,履約保證

    全部貨款的10%。
