電飯煲焗蛋糕問題[20點]

我屋企岩岩買左個日立牌既電飯煲;

係有焗蛋糕既功能*`

個內膽有八吋半闊

問題1 - 內膽有八吋半闊;係米大約等於八吋既餅模?

問題2 - 咁樣我係米可以跟返整八吋餅模既食譜整?

問題3 - 係米所有蛋糕食譜都可以用電飯煲整?

問題4 - 唔得既話 有無專係用電飯煲整既蛋糕食譜?

題外話 - 咩叫 intant butter cake flour?

    電飯煲焗蛋糕

    海棉蛋糕: http://cklife1022.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=View... 個煲大D, 無咁圓...而且取出倒轉後再焗咗2分鐘,咁兩邊都會金黃色啦!

    多個電飯煲焗蛋糕食譜:

    材料: 雞蛋8隻, 麵粉1.5飯碗, 自發粉"self- raising flour"一茶匙, 白砂糖1飯碗, 雲呢拿油2滴

    (1) 用筷子打雞蛋約15至20分鐘, 直至雞蛋起泡黏住筷子, 代表雞蛋內的空氣充足, 如以電動打旦器協助, 只需2分鐘.

    (2) 將麵粉及自發粉篩一篩, 隔走凝結成塊狀的麵粉及自發粉, 分量為1.5飯碗麵粉及1茶匙自發粉.

    (3) 加入1飯碗白砂糖撈均, 再倒入旦漿, 攪勻後用保鮮紙封好.

    (4) 在室溫下擺放半小時, 令旦漿發酵, 直至旦漿表面滿佈氣泡, 如同火山口的岩漿般.

    (5) 加入雲呢拿油, 橙油或士多啤梨油, 令蒸出來的旦糕味道更豐富

    (6) 用廚房紙蘸上食油或牛油, 搽勻飯煲內側,

    (7) 將旦漿由飯煲的中心點倒下, 保證旦糕左右平衡, 不會一高一低.

    ( 如煲飯般按掣, 跳掣後不要開蓋, 焗半小時

    (9)因飯煲已經跳掣, 旦糕不會過熟, 即使焗更長時間, 也可保持軟綿綿.

    (10)如想做朱古力旦糕, 可在旦漿內加入谷古粉, 又可加入提子或合桃, 但記著放提子果仁時, 先把他們灑上少許麵粉撈勻, 再慢慢放入已發酵的旦漿內, 咁d提子困仁就唔會沉底喇.
