What did the Supreme Court declare in Miller v. Johnson?

It declared the electoral districts of Georgia a "geographic monstrosity".
It declared it gerrymandering, which under Shaw v. Reno (1993) is unconstitutional because it violates the 14th amendment.
It's significant because the district in question, George's 11th, was gerrymandered to engineer an African-American representative.
In other words, the 14th amendment can not be used to favor any one group over any other. It's not just about protecting the minority from the majority.
