Yes mixed people can and some are not always born light brown some are pale or either dark skinned too. But mixed people can also say they are caramel in color and its just as sweet. But in Hollywood you will get males who are considered chocolate coloring really.

chanel iman is a model, some pictures she has lighter skin, some she looks pretty dark, but it looks chocolate/nesquickyish

you have dark chocolate white chocolate, and milk chacolate.....so I would say a lot of people including mixed people can have chocolate skin
