Will wrapping a garbage bag or saran wrap around your waist while excersising helps loose inches or weight?
My cousin and I have recently walked this past week and wrapped black garbage bags around our waist to so call "trim them". She explained to me by doing this, you loose inches quickly. Sure enough after walking past 5 minutes I could already feel this sweat build from under the bag instead of on my forhead as usual. A little past two hours, we've finished walking and cut the bags with scissors. Sweat came down non-stop and even came through my shirt. I did many of crunches and abdonminal excersises for about 20 minutes straight and got on the scale and was 2 pounds lighter.
Does all of this seem about right and this easy?
