"Forbidden Zone" definitely isn't it because it's from 1980, is b&w, and probably shouldn't be watched by a youngster.
An evil queen with scars reminds me of a much, much earlier film:
Queen of Outer Space (1958)
starring Eric Fleming, Laurie Mitchell (as the Queen), Zsa Zsa Gabor, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Paul Birch, Joi Lansing
Three American astronauts are on the first manned mission to Venus, and when they arrive, they find the planet to be inhabited solely by women with high heels and short dresses. Unfortunately, they are immediately imprisoned, for the queen who rules Venus hates men. Suspecting the astronauts to be spies, she now plans to destroy the Earth. So now it's up to the three men and some friendly Venusians to overthrow the wicked queen and save the Earth.
I'll look around some more to see if I can find a closer match. It crossed my mind that they might have spoofed the film above in this one:
Amazon Women on the Moon (1987)
The movie features skits directed by directing stalwarts such as Joe Dante, and John Landis showing off their facility with material that is over the top and funny to boot.A highlight of the conglomeration of tales is "Amazon Women on the Moon", a version of a cheapie space movie in which Capt. Nelson (Steve Forrest) meets Queen Lara (Sybil Danning) on his visit to the moon and saves her from exploding volcano and man-eating spiders.
NOTE: I included a description of only one segment. However, this might have too much adult material for you to have watched. (Or, maybe I'm an old fuddy duddy!)
