What is the best online movie rental service in Canada?

I live in Toronto Canada and I want to sign up for an online movie rental service like netflix that they have in the US.

What are the best services?

Zip.ca appears to be the Canadian version of Netflix (the websites look similar - maybe they are by the same company). But Zip.ca is much more expensive than Netflix which is annoying (e.g. a 3 DVD plan on Netflix is $17 and the same plan on Zip.ca is $25!!).

What other options are there?

FYI, I plan to rent blu-ray and I plan to rent mainstream movies with less popular artsy movies once in a while plus popular TV series.
