How to fix a forgotten password?????

My sister forgotten his password in his laptop b/c she change it recently, it is a window vista, she signed in as a administrator to the user profile that the password she forgotten, luckily she didn't even create a password reset disk, that's why I'm having trouble fixing it...need your comments guys...Thanks!

Same thing has happened to me before. I just got the IT guy at my work to hack the thing.
