Is it okay to complain to your guy friend that you have really bad cramps or you should just keep it to yourself.

LOL. It really depends on the guy. If you feel totally comfortable around him, sure. Go ahead and complain if he's like your best friend or something. Boyfriends? Not a good idea. They might be seriously repulsed. However, if the cramps are so bad that they prevent you from doing something with your guy friend, you should be honest with him and tell him that you don't feel like participating because you're having some "female issues" or something along those lines.

IMO if its just a friend, it depends on how close you are to him and if he would be uncomfortable with it. I'd just keep it to myself if its a friend.
