You should listen to the Klaxons - they make very similar music and, according to NME (so you know it ain't true lol) they're at the forefront of the Nurave rush.

As for electronic, rave, and techno, there are thousands of bands, but none of them really sound like the spaced-out weirdness of warm leatherette. Soulwax, Justice, Daft Punk, Tiga, MSTRKRFT, and Kavinsky are your best bets. Have fun.
