PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have these really bad razor bumps?

I have them under my arm and I hate it so much. I have had them for over a year and I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME

All i can say is use cut cream or ask a doctor about it im not sure what u should do if there scars then i cant really help u!
