On workman's comp MMI letter (nebraska)...does % whole body disablility mean anything more than lim disablity?

Cannot get simple answer...most attorneys are ambulance chasers and want you to sign away portion of what you already have coming..

A simple answer would be yes there is a difference, with MMI and % whole body disability rating the doctors have determined there will not be any improvement beyond the percent rating given and the opposite would be true with the LIM rating.~
