Is it normal?

I just started lifting weights about two weeks ago, I do it about 4 days out of the week. Is it normal for me to start feeling a little weaker and more fatigued?

    Yes. You are simply tired from working hard and building muscles. Pretty soon, you will become used to it as you become stronger, and will feel less tired.

    yes ... but you need to introduce your weight lifting slowly and stedily. to stop this -maybe starting at a lower weight working up to a heavier weight

    if you suddenly introducee regular muscle action

    your muscles will not be used to it so yes you may feel weak x

    at first yes... but if it doesn't even out after a few more weeks. i would consider laying off a couple days. or possibly contacting a DR.

    Not usually. You should be feeling better and stronger by now. Usually that feeling goes away after a week or two...
