Do you thinkCode Pink is guilty of Treason against the United States of America?

From US Constitution: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.Read carefully! Is accusing a Govt. official of lying, during wartime, about statements to go to war WITHOUT proving it TREASON? It certainly is adhering to the enemy. Did the US Government LIE? Lie definition:A false statement deliberately presented as being true. Saying that WMDs were not found is not proof that US GOV. lied.Look at the meaning of a lie. There's a word deliberate. So if someone believes something is true IT IS NOT A LIE!If you say it was a lie then YOU must prove it! Proving it means that the Government knew the Saddam didn't still have WMDs.Saddam even told a CIA agent that he wanted the world to think he had them to deter Iran from an attack. If you think US Gov. lied then blame dems as they started the lie in '98!Want proof? Copy and paste this!

Just click on the link and watch Clintons, Berger,Pelosi,Reid,Dean and more of your favorites since 1998 talk about Saddams threat and in 1998 Bush wasn't in White House!

Update 3:

Sorry last link doesn't work. Here it is and you might have to copy and paste it.

Update 4:

Some of you talk about freedom of speech, but their is a limit to it. It is illegal to yell fire in a movie theatre, it is illegal to threaten the life of a President and it is illegal to adhere to the enemies of the USA! So is lying about the Government during war time that does adhere to the enemies cross this line? Keep in mind I'm ONLY asking the question, but I do know that code pink doesn't believe in free speech for those that disagree with them!

Update 5:

Whoa! gosam! I'm attacking their constitutional rights? What happened to my freedom of speech or is that only for Code Pink?

Update 6:

Sorry to gosam I meant { i and i} So ( i and i) only thinks freedom of speech is for those attacking the USA!

The Iraq Liberation Act of 1998 (Public Law 105-338)(codified in a note to 22 USCS § 2151) is a United States Congressional statement of policy calling for regime change in Iraq; it was signed into law by President Bill Clinton.

President Bush simply followed through on his sworn oath to uphold the law. The action to remove Saddam was law signed by Slickster

Our brave troops fight and die to give everyone the right to speak, even loony leftist moonbats!

No. They are exercising Freedom of Speech.

Also, there was no Declaration of War, so a state of war never existed under the Constitution.

Cheney lie: "There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein has reconstituted his nuclear weapons program"

Rice lie: "No one could have imagined that people would hijack airplanes and fly them into buildings".

PS Bush and Cheney have refused to testify under oath to Congress, so can't prove whether or not they are lying. Let's put them on trial and see what happens.

Edit: I see your problem from your comments. You don't understand the concept of Freedom of Speech -- You want to silence groups that you disagree with and when people call you on it, you claim they are attacking YOUR right to free speech. Free speech is a two way street. You want your critics silenced? You can say what you want, don't whine like a baby when some challenges you. Nobody said you can't voice your opinion.
