How do you link a wikipedia english page to a another language wikipedia page?
When you are reading an article in wikipedia, you got on your left side a tab with various languages. If you click one of then you can go to the same article but in another country. How do you do that?

Check out "Help:Interlanguage links" on Wikipedia. There is a complete list of all Wikipedias at "List of Wikipedias" which lists the languages and the interlanguage links for each language.

As you know Wikipedia pages have codes that are used for different goals. There are codes for everything, like if you want to make an information box about a song, you can use a code with a certain template and everything is ready for you.
Now for Inter-language links all you need to do is to add some little codes at the end of your article. You can easily see that code if you edit a page with multiple language versions and go all the way to the end of it. Here's an example. These codes link the English version of the article about "Peace" in other languages (you write how peace is spelled in those languages, and the two letter code shows the language):
[[af:Vrede]]
[[ar:سلام]]
[[bs:Mir (stanje)]]
[[bg:Мир]]
[[ca:Pau]]
[[cs:Mír]]
[[ch:Pås]]
[[cy:Heddwch]]
[[da:Fred]]
[[pdc:Fridde]]
[[de:Frieden]]

AT the bottom of the page add a link that looks kinda like this (this would be in Spanish):
[[es:Sample]]
I think they have an article with the language codes on it.
