exercise and sleep are so obvious, they are often overlooked in how important they are in regards to mental health.
Sleep is important for repairs and rejuvination and exercise is important because it increase blood flow to all parts of the brain.

For concentration, focus, memory, etc., ........ meditation.
It has multiple health benefits (eg: lowering blood pressure, boosting immune system, etc.). It can be non-denominational, & as simple as visualisations or anything that quietens the mind, & sharpens the brains ability to focus on one thing at a time.
If you want some simple introductions to guided meditations to get you started, try going to iTunes, click on Podcasts, & do a search under 'description' using the word 'meditation'. They're free to download to your iPod. Practice everyday, & with time, you'll notice the benefits.

Proper diet and exercise are the two big ones. Puzzles are also good to keep the brain on top. If you have serious problems that don't go away, see a doctor. It could be depression or something else affecting your mind.

aderal is good but are we really talking adhd here? Eat right, express your feelings and try to exersize more, then if ur still having problems talk 2 a doctor.
