Pharmacy school puzzle?

Is there any other school in Maryland other than University of Maryland that offers pharmacy as a major. It's sad that we have Johns Hopkins and yet they do not have a pharmacy school. Any schools in Pennsylvania or Virginia? And how do i go about applying for them? And how long does the course take before i become a licensed pharmacist?
