can someone plz give me a a good full body workout plan?

im 100 pounds, 14 years ols, and stand 5'3, i would like a good workout plan to get rid of some of my fat. i DONT want to loose weight,so can you help me ??

    Since you're younger and green pass with the break up exercise. Even despite the fact that I am strongly in opposition to isolation sports. You can begin with them however while you grow older and extra skilled transfer to extra compound moments i.e. complete frame.
