Can anyone think of childbirth scenes in movies? (Good or bad, it doesn't matter!)?

Am writing a humorous article on childbirth in movies, and I can't really think of any outstanding examples.

Near the end of Robert Altman's "Dr. T and the Women" there's a rather graphic scene of childbirth.
