How do i put music into my Samsung Slider SGH-a737?

I have a Samsung Slider SGH-a737. I was wondering if i can pull music of my computer from iTunes or Limewire and put it into my phone? If so how? PLEASE HELP.....

Hey, I have the same phone!

Go to the At&t website, search for your phone, look at accessories for your phone, and find the usb cord to connect your phone to your computer
