what type of business model or methodology to be used to analysis the service provided to its customer?
i have some ideas, but i don't know whether the model is suitable or not? Can I use porter generic business strategies or porter chain value strategies? please give me some idea.

The number of customer complaints versus the services provided to the customer (calls answered, orders shipped, etc), speed of service, quality of service (overall satisfaction), price of service, ease of use.
