Cheapest bulk food item?

Question

I want to snack on something that I can get really cheap. What is the best bulk food bargain? I like eating anything (uncooked oats, raw potatos, raw muesli), so go ahead and give me your best bargain and price estimate. My bet is rolled oats.

I just, well on Tuesday, bought a 20lb bag of what they call Barley dust.....this is the residue and particulate that is amassed in the air filters of a wheat separator.....and I paid the insanely outrageously high price of $1.47 Canadian.

Kraft dinner macaroni and kool aide, u can go into the store with $10 and live on that for a month and they are both good

People say it's wrong, but I like snacking on frozen peas. Less than a quid for 1.5k and that sorts me out for ages... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
