Depends on the type of tribal music. Some sub-genre classification also works with jungle or drum n' bass which is a form of electronic music, designated by the drum pattern and use. Non-electronic versions of "tribal" music are native to lands such as south america or africa. You can try searching for these to read up on them using a search engine or something like wikipedia, which can give you references for specific names.

ooooo we learned this in school.... ummm... its like using drums with different kind of instuments like the shakra things and others ooo and dont 4get it has a pattern to it!!!
