Cuz your eyes will pop out! Haha.

You can keep your eyes open if you hold them I've heard, but I think it's really just a physiologic response from the amount of pressure that exerted from the sneeze.

It takes effort, but I can do it. I want to keep my eyes open if I sneeze while driving.
