自己寫的一小段英文~請高手幫我檢查文法對不對

如題~若有要改進的麻煩直接幫我糾正好嗎?

Earthquake is not certainly strange to us,

because it occur frequently in Taiwan.

However, when earthquakes occur every time,

we are still throwing into a panic.

A large-scale earthquake usually has caused enormous death;

also bring on a lot serious effect.

For these reason makes people with a phobia about earthquake.

地震對我們來說並不陌生~因為地震常在我們台灣發生

然而每壹次當地震發生時~

我們依然被嚇的不之所措

大規模的地震往往造成很多人傷亡

也帶來很多嚴重的影響

也因為這樣讓人們對地震感到恐懼

An (E)earthquake is (not) certainly not strange to us, because it occurs frequently in Taiwan.

Earthquake是可數名詞,必須加冠詞.not是形容strange,不是certainly的副詞,要緊接著strange.主詞it為第三人稱單數,動詞需加s.

However, when earthquakes occur every time, we are still throwing into a panic. throw是及物動詞,必須接受詞.主詞應是嚇人的事件,即地震,被嚇的是我們,原句裡主客顛倒.

建議改寫成: However, every time when an earthquake occurs, it still throws us into a panic.

A large-scale earthquake usually (has) cause(d)s (enormous death; also) numerous casualties and (brings on) a lot of serious effects in the aftermath.

可以不用brings on,改加in the aftermath以資區別. a lot需加of, 否則用lots of,後面接的名詞如果可數,必須用複數.

(For t)These are the reasons why (makes) people (with a) have earthquake phobia( about earthquake).

A reason解釋why人們有某種行為,而不會"makes使"人們有這個行為.使人們有這個行為的是地震帶來的災禍. a(或the) reason why ... 是慣用語.也可改寫成 These make people earthquake-phobic.

第一句不用加certainly

第二句occur要加s 還有 Taiwan 要跟 frequently交換位子 ~而且不用in~

第四句改成we are still scared and not knowing what to do .

第五句usually has caused 改成has usually caused 記得death要加s

第六句前面要加it~bring 後面不用加on 可是 a lot 後面要加of

最後一句改成For these reasons , people are in great fear of earthquakes.

寫的很棒喔!!只是我把它改的比較通順而已~

要注意文法和用字喔^^

A large scale of earthquake usually causes enormous amount of death and many serious effects afterwards.

As a result of this, people in Taiwan has create themselves an earthquake-phobia due to these facts.
