請問各位英文高手,對於下列兩句句子不清楚,請協助分析句子結構與翻譯,感激不盡

1.There are few people in this world that I look up to as much as I look up to you.

2.One problem with many programs is that the mentors don't feel invested in the progress of the employees with whom they are working.

    1.There are few people in this world that I look up to as much as I look up to you.

    i. look up to: 尊敬.

    ii. There are few people that in the world that: 在這世界上只有很少人. 這很少人是怎樣呢? that後面就是用來說明.

    iii. I loook up to as much as I look up to you: 我像尊敬你一樣尊敬(他們) -- 這他們就是前句的很少人.

    2.One problem with many programs is that the mentors don't feel invested in the progress of the employees with whom they are working.

    i. One problem (with many programs) is that: 一個很多方案都有的問題是. 這裡的program指計劃或方案. 文法上和上句很像, 都是在that後用後句來說明這問題是什麼. 主語我已經括號起來了, 就是 one problem is

    ii. the mentors don't feel invested in. invest是投資, feel invested 認為是一項投資, 用白話講認為有營養. 這裡的invested加了ed, 文法上可以說是跟feel來的. 不過如果你夠熟練, 你會明白這ed用法和以下一樣,

    He is interested. (他感興趣).

    He is interesting (他有趣).

    She is excited (她很興奮)

    She is exciting (她讓人興奮)

    mentor指"指導者", 或說是負責人, 或甘脆說是管理者.

    iii. the progress (of the employees) (with whom they are working)

    和他們一起工作的員工的進步.

    接上句, invested in的受詞是progress. 意為不認為進步是種投資. 什麼進步呢? of the employees 是員工的進步. with whom they are working 進一步說明, 是他們一起工作的員工. 你看成

    the employee whom they are working with.

    會比較清楚. whom.....是員工的子句. 用whom 不用who是因為這是受詞子句. employee是work with的受詞.

    iv. 全句意為, 這些管理者不認為員工的進步是種投資. 如果還有上下句, 你可能會看到如"這專案不賺錢, 但員工能力從中進步了, 但問題是管理者不認為員工進步是個投資". 這種說法.

    我只是個日常生活常用英文的人, 講文法實在不是專長. 請多包涵, 也希望有幫助.
