    Brand alliance, according to Rao & Ruekert (1994), serves to lessen the suspicion from customers in case of certain unobservable quality, and to enforce the impression of some observable quality.

    1. 翻譯以語意的傳達為主, 文字的對應為輔. 中文迂迴重複之處, 不宜照翻.

    2. 此處的"懷疑"意為"有某種特性的嫌疑", 宜用[suspicion].

    I do not think the two pieces of translation (oo1 and 002) are up to your expectation, since some important terms -- e.g., observable and unobservable PRODUCTS PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES, among others, are not expresssed.

    it is in their study shown the brand unification will reach two result.while the unobserved quality of the product is doubtful, it will raise the commitment of the consumers. another is for the attribute of the observed products , it can transmit the information through the brand unification .*****
