Do u agree with Joe Lieberman to attack Iran right now or agree with Experts’ being cautious approach ?

“To me, that would include a strike over the border into Iran, where we have good evidence that they have a base at which they are training these people coming back into Iraq to kill our soldiers." Lieberman said.

But experts from the libertarian Cato Institute and the conservative Heritage Foundation urged a go-slow approach.”

Yes, I agree with Lieberman and Bolton. We need to hit their troops on the other side of the border as well as the nuclear facility.

I believe we've done all we can do other than military action. We've offered incentives, alternative ways to provide nuclear power (Russia carts off the spent fuel, etc.), and sanctions.

Meantime and during the whole time we've been trying peaceful approach they train combatants and send soldiers over to fight our troops in Iraq. Now we traded threats to blow up the plant and stop incoming refined oil to Iran, they've counter threatened to blow up oil facilities in the region.

That would make the rest of the gov'ts in the region horribly mad at them, not us if Iran attacked their plants. Just as much as Israel and America don't want Iran to have nuclear capability, neither do their neighbors, it upsets balance of power.

Achmadinijad is laughing about it because he says despite all we've done, it hasn't affected his population at all. He says they are still dancing and laughing in the streets as normal and I see they are still shouting Death to America and Israel en masse anyways.

I do believe also the other side of the coin though, to wait for the window of best opportunity to get the job done. That's "my" cautious approach.

Arab and Islamic extremism is a serious topic and should not be combined with nuclear capability. Nuclear capability should be frozen. The countrys that do have nuclear capability, need to maintain their stability and countrys that are unstable should be prevented from acquiring it. Arab and Islamic extremists have already expressed the desire to obtain nuclear weaponry and use it for suicide bomb.

Lieberman's a god damn Zionist, trying to influence the United States into fighting a proxy war, for Israel, against Iran. Going to war with Iran would be World War 3.

He is only concerned with Israel and will have US dragged into a war with Iran for its sake. Joe, you cannot have dual loyalty - go and stay in Israel. Is not US's job to protect this occupying power.

I can confirm to you that Iran is interfering in Iraq and trying to ruin America's occupation of Iraq (not just interfering militarily but also politically and culturally, it is now well known that an Iranian General sneaked into the Green Zone and hand picked the PM of Iraq - http://news.yahoo.com/s/mcclatchy/20080428/wl_mccl... -, and Iran is financing construction projects in towns like Basrah and Shiite Holy cities like Najaf and Karbala) so of course Iran is interfering, as it should be doing. It's the normal thing for Iran to do, because it's Iraq's neighbor and has it's own national security to defend, so what? America is interfering in Iraq more than Iran ever could! I don't see Iran whining about that and threatening to bomb the US because of it, you think America has the right to interfere in other countries' affairs but Iran doesn't? What gives America this God-given right to interfere in everything, didn't the US give the Afghan Mujahideen (which it is now fighting) weapons to kill Russian soldiers who were occupying Afghanistan? Did the Russians threaten to bomb the US because of it? Anyway, to those who support starting a war against Iran, where's the money and the soldiers to fight it going to come from?

and lupines, thank you for showing us the level of intelligence of American warmongers, see, Iran- being Persian- can never combine ''Arab and Islamic extremism.'' And if Iran wanted to use it's nuclear bomb, it wouldn't be through a suicide attack like you seem to believe, I don't think anyone can actually pull that off. And btw, "they shout death to America and Israel" is not a very convincing reason to go to war- to say the least

No. I greatly admire Iran. I am no admirer of the U.S./zionist gunslingers. Iran has hurt no one. It has never invaded Lebanon, stolen land from Syria or Jordan or dispossessed a people, nor is it occupying Iraq and Afghanistan. As to Lieberman,,jews throughout the world have been shrieking for Iranian blood since the day the USG invaded Iraq.

The US should demonstrate its greatness pulling out the troops of Irak, and change the strategy to fight extremism.

Iran may be trying to protect their interests as well as the US in the middle east (Irak) but another war in the region must be unacceptable.....the US have to find another politiclly correct strategies to protect its interests....
