You can eat plenty and do weightlifting to gain weight but still look good. Train each bodypart 2-3 times per week; lift around 3 sets of 8 reps on your lifts. Allow at least one day of rest between workouts before starting again. Nutrionist say you should have 1-1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight and 18 calories per bodyweight. Since muscle weighs more than fat, get 3-4 grams of protein per bodyweight and 20-25 calories per bodyweight to gain weight faster.

Would you not just rather gain muscle ... or at least muscle and fat?
Fat ---> Eat more than you burn.
Muscle ---> Eat lots of proteins and excercise your muscles, lift weights aswell.
Eat a lot of bread.
