my body is looking a bit odd. i am loosing fat and putting on muscle at same time?

is this normal , half way between being fat and slimmer with muscle ?

    Thats good... thats how it msotly works with weight training... u will lose fat, but u will also gain muscle mass... so, ur overall body mass doenst change, but u get more hard muscles, versus fat... its normal.. keep doing this, and eventually u'll have alot less fat, and all muscle...

    Yes, it is called "toning up" the muscles. Instead of being flabby from the fat, they are getting definition.
