Where can I find diversity information on the Baltimore City Police Department?

I need parts of the information for a research project, and I'm having trouble locating it. If anyone can provide a link for me, I'd REALLY appreciate it.

A department the size of Baltimore should have a public information officer.

A voters evaluation Board many times keeps those kind of record. There are some city certain web content that do record professional proceedings filed adverse to police departments and certain officials. all and sundry can make a grievance and in no way all proceedings are substantiated (no conceal up, yet some human beings do make incorrect accusations adverse to police officials or the police officer stated the most suitable protocol). also, not all web content properly state the information.
