There's no translation for the auxiliary verb 'will'. 'Will' has a special fuction in English as it marks the future tense. In Spanish you don't use an auxiliary, instead you need to change the ending of the verb, that is to say, you have to conjugate the verb.

    Examples

I will go = Yo iré

You will go = Tu irás

She / He will go = Ella / El irá

We will go = Nosotras / Nosotros iremos

You will go (plural) = Ustedes irán

They will go = Ellas / Ellos irán

There's another form of future equivalent to 'going to'.

You need the verb 'ir' + a + infinitive verb

    Examples

Yo voy a ir a caminar = I'm going to go for a walk

Tu vas a ir a correr = You're going to run

    Ella / El / Usted va a ir a pescar = She's/ He's/ You're (singular) going to fish

Nosotras / nosotros vamos a ir a descansar = We're going to rest

Ustedes van a ir a estudiar = You're going to study

Ellas/ Ellos van a ir a caminar = They're going to go for a walk

Voy a is one way of saying I will. You can also express a similar idea by using the future tense of the verb that comes after I will.

    "voy a..."

    or "yo voy a..."

voy a viajar a brasil=i will travel to brazil

voy a nadar en la piscina=i will swim in the pool

"voy" is the conjugated form of "ir" which means to go.

"yo voy" means i go or i am going

when you put "yo voy" or just "voy" and then put "a" and then put an infinitive verb, it means "i am going" to do that verb.

    like:

    voy+a+nadar

    i am going+to+swim

voy a nadar=i am going to swim

    hope this helped!

Well that one is tricky because I dont know what the teacher is looking for. If you say "yo puedo" it means 'I can'. But if you put "yo voy" in front of a verb it means "i will" do what ever the verb is. for example " yo voy hablar con mi hermana" means i will talk with my sister.
