is this to much for legs?

4 sets of incline leg press

set 1 10x 350 pounds

set2 8x 450 pounds

set 3 6x 550 pounds

and set 4 4x 675 pounds

this kind

then a pyramid of squats which is about 10 or 11 sets working up to my max of 320 pounds

then 3 sets of calve raises and im done

set 1 100 poundsx 15

set 2 150x10

set 3 180x8

you think im overtraining? or is this ok

lemme remind you

this is the MOST i can do for that amount of reps on each set.... i cant do anymore after the last rep

btw im male and im 16 and im 5'4 weighing in at 145 pounds


i actaully weigh like 150/148

i just say 145 cuz its easier

Update 2:

i would do that but

that takes up like an hour and a half

resting for 3-5 minutes on the squats and 2 on the leg press and one on the calve raises

i dont wanna be in there forever

its not bs

i used to go light on this stuff but then i was like **** it imma go heavy

    Your really only doing 3 exersices that focus on the hamstings, except the calf raises. Try working your inner thighs and outer thighs. And add some side leg raises.

    Nah, that's not too much. Make sure your get your rest days in though.

    Since you have these numbers you've obviously been training enough to know whether or not that is overtraining therefore this is no more than showoff...

    i don't think so, if that's how much you weigh, it's a good wieght-hight ratio, you could even gain a little more weight and be fine

    at 5'6" i weigh a little under 150 but i'm not fat at all, i'm extremely toned, but there's hardly any fat on me

    you're fine

    just don't become obsessed
