Making my biceps grow?

I've been weight lifting for about two years now and I've reached a point where I feel whatever bicep exercise I do, my muscles just will not grow. lol...If anything they look like they are shrinking...I mix and match during the week using pull ups, e z bar, preacher curls...I normally do three different... show more I've been weight lifting for about two years now and I've reached a point where I feel whatever bicep exercise I do, my muscles just will not grow. lol...If anything they look like they are shrinking...I mix and match during the week using pull ups, e z bar, preacher curls...I normally do three different types of biceps exercise three times a week, spending 3 x 10 reps on each set. Has anyone got any ideas? Up the weight? More reps? I'm really frustrated!!!
