廣告型態中以推薦式廣告(advertisement with endorsers)最為常見,在廣告中藉由廣告代言人(spokesperson)塑造廣告主之形象,使得廣告主的品牌名稱、形象能迅速地成為消費大眾記憶的一部份,也因此產生了許多代言問題。臺北市政府衛生局(2008)統計2007年度查獲各類產品違規中,化粧品違規廣告佔53.2%,為所有媒體刊播的榜首。故引發本研究欲探討消費者在廣告倫理(Advertising Ethics)認知下,對於化妝品廣告代言人與廣告效果影響為何。本研究參考Ohanian(1990)與Kamins(1991)提出之廣告代言人可信度來源,及Reidenbach and Robin(1988)所提出之多元倫理量表(Multidimensional Ethics Scale, MES)做為衡量廣告倫理之構面,廣告效果部分參考MacKenzie et al.(1986)所提出之情感轉移說與獨立影響說,且根據其他學者對廣告效果之研究模式,形成本研究之研究架構。本研究研究方法採問卷調查法,以化妝品之女性消費者為研究對象,採立意抽樣(Purposive Sample)方式,利用SPSS12.0及LISREL 8.72等統計軟體進行分析。研究結果發現:(1)化妝品女性消費者在廣告倫理干擾下,代言人可信度來源對廣告記憶皆無顯著影響;(2)化妝品女性消費者在廣告倫理干擾下,代言人之適配性對廣告態度及品牌態度皆呈正向顯著影響;(3)化妝品女性消費者在廣告倫理干擾下,代言人之吸引力對品牌態度呈負向顯著影響;(4)廣告態度及品牌態度對購買意願皆有正向顯著影響;(5)廣告記憶會透過廣告態度影響購買意願;(6)廣告態度會透過品牌態度影響購買意願。
