why doesn't oblivion work on my computer?

i install it and it just doesn't work! i have a dual-core prosseser.

    doesn't matter if its dual core, it good but your video card must have the power to play the games graphics just to let you know ,and you will also need the right amount of ram.

    You may need a better graphics card. THe processor is good but you need to have a video card that can keep up too.
