客戶無法開出信用狀 溝通 急件 貿易英文

最近好嗎? 已經一段時間沒有和你做聯絡. 希望貴公司的狀況已經解決了.

由於我們一年一度的年中盤點即將來臨, 所以貴公司的這張訂單將會造成盤點貨物上的一些困擾. 加上之前4月份和貴公司所做出的折衷方案 (分批出貨). 我們一直再等候貴公司的消息. 不知道是否最近方便開出信用狀. 讓我們可以安排出貨以減輕我們的庫存壓力. 或是我們將這張訂單取消並將貨物入庫存.

不管怎樣, 我們還是希望貴公司能盡快解決這票貨物的問題, 因為這些產品是去年生產的. 而相信你也知道從去年年底一直到現在所有的原物料都不斷的再上漲. 所以我們相信如果這張訂單能出貨的話, 你們將會是獲得最好的利潤. 而我們即使損失了已經超出預算的運費和那些額外開銷. 我們還是會盡全力幫忙你. 就是希望貴公司能再拿到更多訂單以盡快解決所有的問題.

我們期待你的最後決定. 要盡快安排出貨或是取消訂單. 請給我們一個明確的決定.

    Hope you are well. We have not contacted you for quite a while. We hope that your issues have already been resolved.

    Our annual stocktake will be commenced soon and your pending order might cause problems on our stocktake. In addition, we have agreed with you in April on a compromise plan (split shipment) and are still awaiting your response. We would like to know if you could arrange to open a letter of credit soon such that we could arrange shipment to reduce our inventory. Or we would cancel your order and return the goods to our inventory.

    Anyway, we still hope that you could resolve the problem of these goods at your earliest convenience. As these goods were produced last year, as you know all the raw materials prices have been increasing from last year end until now. We believe that if this order can be shipped, you would be able to get the maximum profit. Even we might incur loss in the freight that has already exceeded the budget, and loss in the other additional expenses, we would still like to try our best to help. We hope that you can get more orders in order to resolve all the issues as soon as possible.

    Dear xxx,

    How is everything going these days? It has been quite a while since

    we last contacted you. We hope the problems your company

    encountered has been resolved in the mean time (or: We hope the

    situation your company was in has improved in the mean time).

    As our annual mid-year physical inventory check is approaching,

    your order pending further clarification may cause us some difficulty

    with our physical inventory count. With the compromise (i.e., partial

    shipment) reached between us in April, we have been expecting your

    further information since then. We would like to know whether it is

    convenient for you to now arrange to open the relevant letter of credit

    so that we can arrange shipment of your order without further delay,

    thus helping us lower the level of our stock. Or do you want us to

    cancel this order and return the goods you ordered to our inventory?

    Whichever the case may be, we do hope you will expedite coping

    with this lot of goods as they have been completed for quite a long

    time -- since last year. And we believe you know the costs of raw

    material of all kinds have been heading higher and higher. So we

    believe you will make the best possible profit by taking advantage

    of the upward market trend if this order of yours can be confirmed

    and shipped out immediately! Even if we may suffer some loss in

    freight, which has already exceeded our budget limit, and some extra

    expenses, we still will do our utmost to help you out, in the hope that

    your company will secure more orders to help resolve all the

    problems you have been faced with.

    We are expecting your final decision. And please do let us have your

    definite answer -- to arrange shipment of goods as early as possible

    or to cancel the order, whichever it is.

    Your full understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

    Dear Sir,

    We have not heard from you for a while, we would like to know if you are doing great as we hope that the problem had been solved.

    Since it is our inventory checking period once a year, therefore, the PO from your company may cause difficulty for our inventory checking. In addition, according to our agreement on April, we have been waitin for your further news. We would like to know if it is convenient for you to issue a L/C in order for us to arrange the shipping details and lower our inventory OR we shall cancel this order and store the goods back to our stock. Please advise.

    Anyway, we still hope that your company can solve the problem of these goods as they were all produced in last year and as you klnow, the material costs keep rising up since end of last year. Therefore, we believe that if this order of goods can be shipped and it would be the best beneficial for you. Even we would loss some out of our budget with additional costs and we are still trying to help you, we still hope that you can receive more purchase orders in order to solve all problems.

    We will wait for your final decision of shipping the goods out immediately or cancel the order. Please advise your final decision to us as soon as possible. Your help will be highly appreciated.
