Engine Code P0700 and P0755 codes are coming up?

I had a problem with my PT crusier 2002. I have had this happend to me twice. I am driving and suddently I am unable to hit past 40 mph. The engine light goes on and I freak. I went to out zone and they have me the above codes, but the dorks were unable to tell me what these meant. I got them translated, but i still dont know what they mean? Something wit the transmission control shiffting?This problems happens on and off. Please help.

    The transmission has "shift solenoids" that are controlled by the computer. You should read the Chrysler service bulletin titles and recalls to see if any have to do with the transmission shifting etc.
