I need a really easy recipe. preferably a dessert or something. no bake please!?

    CHOC-HONEYCOMB MOOUSE

    Serves 4

    1/2 cup thickened cream

    250 g milk chocolate, chopped

    1/4 cup sugar

    2 teaspoons gelatine

    1/2 cup water

    2 x 35g chocolate coated honeycomb bars,chopped

    1. Heat cream gently in a small pan

    2. Add chocolate. Take off heat and stir until it melts

    3. Pour into mixing bowl. Put aside to cool.

    4. Mix sugar, gelatine and water in a small pan. Stir until sugar dissolves

    5. Turn up heat and boil. Take off heat and pour into mixing bowl

    6. Beat on medium speed 10 mins until thick and fluffy

    7. gently mix chocolate through. spoon moouse into four dishes.

    8. put in fridge for 30 mins. Sprinkle honeycomb over and serve.

    Delicious!!

    1 package crushed oreo's

    1 package of cream cheese (if not enough you can use more cream cheese)

    mix softened cream cheese and crushed oreo's together and then roll into small ball shapes, whatever size you like. Lay them out on a cookie sheet and put in the fridge to get cold and the cream cheese to get harder. Melt some chocolate chips and roll the balls in the chocolate and place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and place them in the fridge or in the freezer which is what I do so the chocolate can get hard again. Once the chocolate is hard they are ready to eat and are delicious. It is best to keep them cold until serving them because of the chocolate on the outside they will melt fast like a candy bar.

    Watergate Salad is another easy no bake summer kind of dessert.

    Buy some frozen pie crusts and then just look up recipes for pie. Pumpkin pie recipe is on the cans of pumpkin, for instance. Basically you simply throw all the ingredients into the blender until smooth, then pour it into the crust and bake. You can also make sweet potato pie which replaces the pumpkin with peeled, diced and boiled sweet potatoes. Apple pie isn't very hard to make either. The most time consuming thing is peeling and coring the apples. I'd also bring a batch of cookies. They obviously impressed your boyfriend.

    Tiramisu

    INGREDIENTS

    3 egg yolks

    1/4 cup white sugar

    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    1 1/8 cups mascarpone cheese

    24 ladyfingers

    1 1/2 cups brewed coffee

    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

    DIRECTIONS

    In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth and light yellow. Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture. Set aside.

    Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and arrange 12 of them in the bottom of an 8x8 inch dish. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with remaining cookies and mascarpone. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving.

    Peanut Butter Pie

    1 graham cracker pie crust

    1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

    2 cups milk

    18 ounces peanut butter (I prefer Jif)

    8 ounces Cool Whip

    Directions

    1Melt peanut butter in microwave for approximately 2-3 minutes. (times will vary so watch carefully).

    2Spread in the bottom of the graham cracker crust and a bit up the sides.

    3Cool.

    4Make pudding according to pkg. directions.

    5Top with Cool Whip.

    6Keep refrigerated.

    (Cool Whip recipies are extremly easy. And tasty!)

    LEMONADE PIE

    1 large container Cool Whip, slightly thawed

    1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed & undiluted

    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk

    1 9" graham cracker crust

    Mix first 3 ingredients well and put into crust. Can dollop extra Cool Whip around the edges, if you want. Chill at least 4 hrs ........can also use limeade concentrate (Key Lime Pie)

    Here's one that is a crowd pleaser:

    Jenny's Christmas Pie:

    1 can sweetened condensed milk

    1/3 cup lemon juice

    1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

    1 tsp vanilla

    1 tsp almond extract

    1 can Cherry or Raspberry Pie filling

    1 graham cracker crust

    Mix lemon juice with milk and stir to thicken. Whip cream with extracts until stiff peaks form. Fold into milk mixture. Spoon into crust and top with pie filling. Chill several hours before serving.

    Mix mini-marshmallows with cool whip, fruit cocktail-drained, nuts, bananas, nuts, and anything else you would want to add..mix and enjoy. Also you can buy a pound cake..that you can top with cool whip and thawed strawberries or blueberries. You can also top peach halves with cottage cheese. A cook on the Food Network made an interesting dessert one time with kettle corn..she added it to marshmallows that she melted along with butter..about 4 cups of marshmallows with half a stick of butter then she added the kettle corn and m&m's..poured onto a cake pan, pressed down with wax paper. it looked good..first grease the pan a little with butter so popcorn mixture won't stick. It looked yummy and would like to try myself one day !

    Prep Time: 3 minutes

    Cook Time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 cup butterscotch chips

    1/2 cup peanut butter

    1/2 cup peanuts

    2 cups chow mein noodles

    Preparation:

    Microwave the butterscotch chips and peanut butter on 50 percent power for 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend to coat noodles thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

    ** i also like to put 1 cup of captain cruch, one cup of mini marshmellows, and 1 cup of chow mein noodles instead of 2... everyone WILL love this recipe! it is delicious
