貴司可向銀行做擔保提貨 , 是項擔保能否獲得批准 , 須視乎貴司的良好信譽.

(1) Get a " Letter of Guarantee for Production of Bill of Lading" from the shipping company.

(2) Submit your banker a "Letter of Guarantee" addressed to XXX Shipping Co.

Either your banker or the shipping company will not accept your request for bank guarantee with a very simple letter unless you can provide the two formal guarantee documents I mentioned . If you don't believe it, please inquire your banker and the shipping company .

Since our company has not yet received the original Bill of Ladings for this order. Is it possible for us to use bank guarantee in exchange of the original Bill of Ladings number a0001 and b0002 for this order ?

Since our company has not received the original Bill of Lading (B/L), can we use the bank's receipt or L/C to exchange for the original (b/L) order #a0001 amd b0002?
