詢問簡單時態的問題?bite的用法

例句:I had a terrible day today! First,I slipped on a cake of soap, and then got bit by dog.

請問例句中bit的用處,不是應該要用biten嗎? 表示被動式,而例句用bit,我不動這句的用法,懇請細析。

I had a terrible day today! First, I slipped on a cake of soap, and then got bit by dog.

請問例句中bit的用處,不是應該要用biten嗎? They are the same. See explanation below.

表示被動式,而例句用bit,我不動這句的用法,懇請細析. Yes, it is passive voice.

When used as a verb, Bite is original tense) -> Bit is past tense -> Bit or Bitten is past participle

    See http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/bit

    Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1)

    –verb

pt. and a pp. of bite.

In this case, you can use: “and then got bit by a dog”, or “and then got bitten by a dog”. They meant the same.

He was bit (pp.) by one of the dogs on the leg.

I got bit (pp.) by a dog and now I have dog bites (n.) on my leg.
