How can I convert RJ45 to RJ11?

I got a new job where I sort of live at work (long story) and my new house has been fully wired with RJ45's instead of RJ11's because it was designed for VOIP instead of landlines since the telco didn't used to reach here (so I'm told). They do reach here now, and I want to switch our service from VOIP to landline because our stupid phone bills are over $700 for one voice line and one fax line. It's RIDICULOUS. My boss is having me get it all worked out...but since we're not wired for any RJ11's I'd PROBABLY just have to get something to convert the RJ45 ends (mostly Female, maybe some male) to RJ11's. I've searched a lot, and haven't found anything very helpful. :( I could run the computers through WEP/WPA but some are CURRENTLY using the RJ45's for internet too. :S HELP! I really want to reduce our monthly phone bills $600+ per month to use that budget money elsewhere!
