Was "Sorry" in a TV show or movie?

Question

Wondering if anyone knows if the song "Sorry" by Buckcherry was featured in some recent TV show or movie? I almost think it was either Cold Case or Without a Trace. Any help would be appreciated, since it's driving me crazy.

Update:

I should have clarified that I have looked exhaustively on the Internet for this info, and I'm hoping someone with actual first-hand knowledge will answer.
